Open Houses and Caravans                                                                  

Open Houses—We will schedule open houses for the weekends when it is convenient for you.  We all so set up signs around the neighborhood for your home to get maximum exposure. We also post our Open House on the following websites:

The Office Caravan-  This is an opportunity for me, as your realtor, to present your property to my fellow Coldwell Banker agents in my office.  They will then be able to share it with their clients.

Rally n Ride— This is an opportunity for me to share your property at the East County Board of Realtors.  I will first pitch your property to other Realtors and then they are able to stop by the property and take a tour of it. 

These are all great ways to make sure not only buyers but, other Realtors are aware of your home and are eager to bring their clients to see it.
